In the autumn of 2017, Aled Williams & Dan Timms moved away from the West Midlands to take up new jobs/further study. We thank them for all their hard work and dedication to SCS. Sadly, Rosie O'Callaghan also had to cease being a permanent member because of numerous work & performance pressures, but we may see her if we need a dep.

In the summer of 2017, we engaged in an exciting project; a local composer - Mr Steve Marlow - commissioned us to help him finalise a new six-movement suite for saxophone quartet. More details may be found at Steve's project page.
